1. General Donation Policy
Kal Ke Sitare Foundation is a non-profit entity engaged in educational support services. We deeply appreciate your support. Because your contribution is a charitable donation, all donations are strictly non-refundable.
2. Exceptions for Technical Errors
We recognize that technical errors can occur during the online payment process. A refund will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Transaction: If your credit card, debit card, or bank account is charged more than once for the same transaction.
Incorrect Amount: If an amount greater than what you intended is transferred due to a technical glitch on the payment gateway's end.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you experience a technical error as described above, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.

Contact Number
Date of Transaction
Donation Amount
Transaction ID/Reference Number
Reason for Refund Request
4. Processing of Refunds
Once we receive your request, our team will review the transaction with our payment gateway provider. If the claim is found to be valid due to a technical error, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
Note to Payment Gateways: This policy affirms that Kal Ke Sitare Foundation (CIN: U85500UP2025NPL230960) strictly treats general donations as final and non-refundable, honoring cancellations only in the event of demonstrable technical payment errors.
